1. Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent and removes access to your workspace, automations, and connected data that is not required for legal or security obligations.
2. How to Request Deletion
Send a request from your registered email address to support@rivx.ai with the subject line Delete My Account.
3. Verification
For your security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
4. Processing Timeline
We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days. Certain records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or contractual obligations.
